Bean Leonidas...
Into this world you are brought,
Away from stormy weather and from drought.
This is a place where you’ll never sulk,
With minerals & nutrients given in bulk.
From a bean you grow into an adult,
Finding out what life is all about.
Searching for the Sun’s whereabouts,
You raise your leaves as your shoots are sprout.
You take in carbon gases in bulk,
Ensuring that you do not die out.
With photosynthesis you grow strong and stout,
Replenishing the oxygen with much devout.
With your enduring character which makes you proud,
You shall bear fruits without a doubt.
