Start every task u do everyday with “I will now enjoy ________”

The mind will change its perspective.

Everything u do, you want to be enjoying it.  Not simply because of the desire to feel happy, but because by doing so, you will excel in everything that you do.  Enjoy your work, enjoy cleaning up… there are many tasks that people do not enjoy… but for everything that you do not enjoy doing, someone else might love to do it.  Take for example, packing drawers… you probably might not like doing it, but someone else would spend every single bit of their extra time packing and re-organising their drawers.  If you are able to get into their mindset, you will be able to enjoy everything that you do. And when u do so, not only will you perform the daily tasks better, your soul will be happier as it no longer needs to struggle with undesirable tasks everyday.
